Please review our document requirements, security deposit terms, and main rental conditions before reserving your vehicle in Dubai & the UAE.
Documents Required
For UAE Residents
Valid UAE Residence Visa Holders
- Valid UAE Driving License (Original)
- Emirates ID (Front & Back Copy)
- Valid Email Address
- Complete Delivery Address
- Advance Rental Payment + Security Deposit
For Tourists / Visit Visa Holders
International Travelers & Visitors
- Passport Copy (Front & Visa Page)
- Entry Stamp Copy
- Valid International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Home Country Driving License Copy
- UAE Hotel / Residence Address
- Advance Rental Payment + Security Deposit
Security Deposit (Mandatory)
Starting from 1,000/- Cash Deposit
Collected in cash at vehicle delivery as a security guarantee, refunded in full based on our standard release process.
Standard Release Timeline
Refund within 30 working days after vehicle return
Subject to:
- No fines
- No Salik
- No damages
- No pending dues
Audited against RTA traffic fines and Salik toll clearance before release to ensure no pending liabilities.
Main Terms & Conditions
Valid original documents required at handover
Rental rates once contracted will NOT change
Third-party insurance included
Full insurance available upon request (additional charges apply)
Salik, traffic fines & parking fines are customer responsibility
Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level
Self-drive mileage allowance applies: – Daily: 250 KM/day – Weekly: 1,500 KM/week – Monthly: 4,500 KM/month – Extra KM: 0.50/km (Economy/Sedan) · 1.00/km (SUV/Crossover) · Premium as per vehicle
Mileage represents total permitted package distance (not a speed limit). Chauffeur service conditions are separate.
No off-road driving allowed
No sub-leasing / third-party use allowed
In case of accident/damage, Police Report is mandatory
Late return will result in additional charges
Company reserves the right to inspect vehicle upon return
Booking Confirmation & Agreement
By confirming the booking, customer agrees to all above Terms & Conditions.
